Algae Sweep Automation

The patented Algae Sweep Automation™ is a unique system of spring-loaded brushes that attach to the skimmer arm of water and waster water clarifiers or thickeners in order to clean algae and debris from effluent surfaces. The system has over 50 points of flexibility and adjustment to ensure the thorough cleaning of all weir, baffle, channel and spillway surfaces; no matter how irregular those surfaces may be.

The Algae Sweep Automation™ system has been on every major clarifier manufacturer in the United States.   Engineers regularly design the ASA system into new municipal or industrial wastewater treatment plant projects and the ASA can also be retrofitted to existing clarifiers or thickeners.
